Founder of R.U.T.H. Ministries

Tiffany Childress is a dedicated leader, ordained pastor, and advocate for spiritual transformation and women’s empowerment. Her faith journey is deeply personal, shaped by a pivotal moment in 2018 when, after a failed suicide attempt, she found herself alone, crying out to God. In that raw and vulnerable moment, she asked, “Why didn’t You let me die?” It was then that God began to reveal His divine purpose for her life, leading her into her own Exodus level. She was delivered from darkness and began a path of healing, restoration, and purpose, embracing the life God intended for her.

Tiffany’s passion for people, particularly bringing them into the Kingdom of God, stems from her deep understanding that fullness in life begins and ends with God’s Word. Once she recognized that life is about aligning with God’s original plan and living out His promises, even adversities and hardships became manageable. She holds firmly to the truth that God’s ultimate plan is for His people to prosper and not perish, as proclaimed throughout Scripture. For Tiffany, ignoring the promises of God is never an option, and she is committed to reminding others of their rightful inheritance in Him.

Out of her testimony, R.U.T.H. Ministries—Revived Under the Holy Spirit—was born. Inspired by the loyalty, faith, and obedience of Ruth in the Bible, Tiffany envisioned a ministry that embodies these qualities. The story of Ruth, who found herself in the right position by simply doing what was right and exercising faith, profoundly shaped the foundation of the ministry. Little did Tiffany realize that the acronym God gave her—R.U.T.H.—would birth a way of life so deeply rooted in the Holy Spirit’s power, offering women the guidance and purpose only God can ordain.

On December 8, 2023, Tiffany answered God’s call to lead a 12-day fast, which became a defining moment for R.U.T.H. Ministries. The fast drew women closer to God, igniting a revival and creating a movement that continues to transform lives. Through the ministry, Tiffany helps women break free from the spiritual, emotional, and mental chains holding them back, guiding them toward their God-given purpose and equipping them to live boldly in faith.

Tiffany’s work is deeply rooted in the principles of the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Her passion is to inspire women to align their lives with God’s Word and promises, knowing that His power is transformative and limitless. Her favorite scripture, Amos 9:13 (MSG), reflects her belief in God’s abundant blessings:
"Yes indeed, it won’t be long now.” God’s Decree. “Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings!"

In addition to her ministry, Tiffany is a devoted mother and a seasoned entrepreneur specializing in tax, real estate, and business solutions. She is also a mentor, passionate about empowering others to walk confidently in their calling and live out their God-given purpose.

Tiffany’s journey is a testimony of God’s grace, redemption, and purpose. She leads with the conviction that:

Speaker of the Word

Courtney Carpenter, a Houston, Texas native, is a dedicated entrepreneur and servant of God. She creates and sells all-natural hair care products for men, women, and children experiencing hair loss due to illness or other natural causes. Her mission to restore confidence and well-being through her products reflects her deep care for others and aligns with her faith-driven purpose.

​

Courtney’s journey with R.U.T.H. Ministries began through an invitation from the founder, Tiffany Childress. From the very first encounter, she was captivated by the ministry's powerful message and intentional mission. The most impactful aspect of her experience with R.U.T.H. Ministries has been the safe and supportive space it provides, where she can connect with like-minded individuals who share her passion for manifesting God’s kingdom on earth.

Since joining the ministry, Courtney’s faith has grown exponentially. Through R.U.T.H., she has strengthened her relationship with God, learned to hold herself accountable, and come to see herself as God sees her. The ministry has been a place for her to prosper spiritually, surrounded by sisters in faith who uplift and encourage one another.

​

In her role as the Speaker of the Word, Courtney serves by delivering God’s message in the absence of Prophet Tiffany Childress or whenever she is called upon to speak. She is inspired by Tiffany’s unwavering commitment and obedience to God and by her own desire to lead others to the truth of who God is. Through her role, Courtney aims to guide people toward Jesus, helping them experience life transformation through His Word and understand the fullness of God’s love and promises.

Courtney’s personal testimony is one of perseverance and unwavering faith. In a short time, she faced immense challenges, including her husband’s incarceration, the tragic loss of her best friend, and the passing of her grandfather. These events required her to rely on God entirely, and she found His promises to be true in the most profound ways. She experienced His peace that surpasses all understanding and discovered the intimate nature of His relationship with her. This season of dependence deepened her understanding of God’s character and strengthened her resolve to trust Him in all circumstances.

To Courtney, living a God-centered life means having a healthy fear of the Lord, reflecting His pure heart, and trusting Him at all times. Her advice to women seeking to grow in their faith is to trust God no matter what their circumstances may look like. She encourages them to declare victory even in the face of difficulty, reminding them that trouble, sickness, and unhappiness are temporary. She urges women to stand firm on God’s promises and use them as a weapon against the enemy’s attacks.

Courtney believes that the best days are always ahead and that through faith, trust, and obedience to God, every woman can walk in the fullness of His purpose and love. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of God’s Word and the strength found in unwavering faith.

Chief Financial Officer

 

Shareka Roshon Scott, a Houston, Texas native, is a seasoned accounting professional with over 18 years of progressive experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Drilling industries. As the owner of Acquainted Bookkeeping & Tax and Acquainted Resources, a staffing company, and the founder of Acquainted Community Resources, a nonprofit organization, Shareka brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every endeavor she undertakes. Her passion for empowering others is evident in her commitment to creating opportunities and sharing financial literacy.

Shareka joined R.U.T.H. Ministries during a fast held in honor of a former classmate whose life was tragically cut short. It was during this time that she discovered the ministry’s transformative power. The monthly fasts have been a cornerstone of her spiritual growth, as they have deepened her understanding of the power of fasting and the strength found in fellowship. The 5 AM morning prayer calls, led with unwavering faith and devotion by Prophet Tiffany Childress, have become an essential part of her spiritual journey. The positive energy and faith-filled sisterhood within R.U.T.H. Ministries have profoundly impacted Shareka’s walk with God.

​

Since joining the ministry, Shareka has learned to rest in God’s promises, even in the midst of life’s storms. Her faith has grown exponentially as she has embraced the power of fasting, the strength of fellowship, and the importance of building a strong spiritual foundation. Staying rooted in God’s Word has strengthened her faith to surpass the size of a mustard seed, allowing her to trust in His plan and provision.

As the Chief Financial Officer of R.U.T.H. Ministries, Shareka is inspired by the women of the ministry and their shared commitment to seeking God’s face and aligning their lives with His plan. Her passion for teaching and sharing knowledge is encapsulated in her motto, "Teach one, reach one." Through her role, she strives to empower women in the ministry by sharing her expertise in finances, business creation, and grant opportunities. For Shareka, helping someone take even a small step toward their goals is a meaningful achievement and a reflection of God’s work through her.

Shareka’s personal testimony is a powerful story of resilience and faith. At the age of 12, she and her siblings faced unimaginable trauma when her stepfather, after being confronted with his abuse, took his own life in their home. The prayer they shared before waking their mother remains a defining moment in Shareka’s life, a testament to the power of prayer and God’s protection. This experience solidified her unwavering belief that “prayer works” and that God is real.

​

For Shareka, living a God-centered life means keeping God at the forefront of every decision, staying in His Word, and seeking His guidance daily. Though she admits to falling short at times, her faith continues to anchor her. Her advice to women seeking to grow in their faith is to "Trust the process." She reminds them that while life may not always be easy, staying aligned with God’s will is always rewarding.

A true adventurer at heart, Shareka loves thrill-seeking activities like cliff diving, deep-sea diving, and mountain climbing. Skydiving is next on her list! Her favorite scripture, Revelation 21:4, motivates her with its promise of eternal peace:
"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death, mourning, crying, or pain. The old order of things has passed away."

With this hope in her heart, Shareka continues to serve R.U.T.H. Ministries with dedication, sharing her story and expertise to inspire others to live a life centered on faith and purpose.

Organization Director/Intake Coordinator

Susie D. Williams serves as the Director and Intake Coordinator for R.U.T.H. Ministries. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Susie brings over 20 years of experience in the early childcare industry as a State of Texas Licensed Childcare Director. In recent years, she has expanded her professional expertise by becoming a Registered Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and a Published Children’s Book Author, further equipping her to inspire and empower others.

​

Susie’s journey with R.U.T.H. Ministries began as an observer, watching from a distance before fully committing in December 2023. Inspired by the personal transformation she witnessed in the ministry’s founder, she sought her own path of healing and spiritual growth. One of the most pivotal moments in her journey came during her divorce, a time when she faced immense emotional pain and uncertainty. Through the support and guidance of R.U.T.H. Ministries, Susie came to understand that God was using her challenges to draw her closer to Him. Her faith deepened as she leaned on the Word of God for comfort and courage, ultimately finding strength she didn’t know she had.

​

As the Intake Coordinator, Susie plays a critical role in welcoming women into the ministry. Many come seeking clarity about their purpose and relationship with God, and Susie is dedicated to nurturing their faith and providing encouragement. She shares her own experiences to show them that transformation is possible, even in the midst of life’s most difficult seasons. Her goal is to inspire others to trust the process, understanding that change requires time, effort, and faith. Susie emphasizes the importance of perseverance, often reminding the women that while their tears may feel overwhelming, they can become the foundation for walking on water with God.

​

On November 24, 2024, Susie fully surrendered her life to God, making the decision to leave behind worldly thoughts and actions. She is now dedicated to living a life aligned with God’s purpose and encourages others to seek a ministry that teaches the truth of the Bible. Her message is clear: learn about God for yourself, lean not on your own understanding, and embrace the life He has planned for you.

Susie is grateful for the transformative work of R.U.T.H. Ministries and its founder, Prophet Tiffany Childress, who have been instrumental in her spiritual journey. She believes that life is far greater than any one individual and that through faith, courage, and the support of a godly community, every woman can experience the fullness of God’s grace and purpose.

Breeanna Keshar Davison, a native of Houston, Texas, brings her diverse entrepreneurial spirit to R.U.T.H. Ministries. Outside of her role in the ministry, Breeanna wears many hats as a Loctician, Tax Preparer, Courier, and accounting professional. Her multifaceted career reflects her dedication to serving others with excellence in every area of her life.

Breeanna’s journey with R.U.T.H. Ministries began through a conversation with the founder, Tiffany Childress, about her spiritual path. Drawn to the ministry's mission, she became a committed member, experiencing a profound breakthrough in January 2024. This moment, shared with her sisters in Christ, solidified her faith and demonstrated the power of standing united under God.

Since joining the ministry, Breeanna’s faith has grown tremendously. She now confidently pairs her faith with scripture, finding strength and clarity in God’s Word. Her role as a disciple and the Secretary of R.U.T.H. Ministries allows her to serve with passion and purpose. Inspired by the sisterhood and the leadership of Prophet Tiffany Childress, Breeanna is moved by the transparency and dedication of women who love and serve God wholeheartedly.

Breeanna’s goal in her ministry role is to guide women on their journey to becoming godly women and discovering their divine purpose. Through her testimony of overcoming personal challenges, such as the loss of her first child, Breeanna offers hope and encouragement to others. She reflects on how God kept her grounded and sane during one of the most challenging seasons of her life, proving His unwavering love and presence even in the darkest moments.

Fundraiser and Event Coorinator

Angela Syon, originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi, serves as the Event Coordinator for R.U.T.H. Ministries. Outside of her ministry role, Angela works in the medical field as an administrator and is also a proud candle business owner. Her passion for creating calm and uplifting spaces through her craft reflects her dedication to bringing light into every aspect of life.

​

Angela’s journey with R.U.T.H. Ministries began in a surprising way—she was accidentally tagged in a post meant for someone else. Intrigued and inspired, she knew she wanted to be a part of what the ministry was offering. Since then, the Bible studies and fasting practices have been among the most impactful experiences for her, reinforcing her commitment to her faith and her walk with God.

​

Already firm in her faith when she joined, Angela has found that her involvement with R.U.T.H. Ministries has made her relationship with God even stronger. Through fasting and manifesting, she has received confirmations that have deepened her spiritual journey, affirming truths she already knew and guiding her closer to her purpose.

As the Event Coordinator, Angela is instrumental in ensuring the ministry’s gatherings are organized and impactful. Her dedication to prioritization, organization, and follow-through allows her to create meaningful experiences that align with the ministry’s mission. She is deeply inspired by the Word of God and her ability to share it with others through her role in the ministry.

Angela’s personal testimony speaks to her strength and spiritual growth. By releasing the hate in her heart for those who have wronged her, she has drawn closer to God and embraced His call for forgiveness and healing. Living a God-centered life, to Angela, means continually striving to get closer to Him, feeling the Holy Spirit move, and living in her full potential and purpose as He designed.

Mental Health Support Leader

Shameka Harris, a native of Chicago, Illinois, is a Certified Life Coach, Mental Health Counselor, HR Systems Manager, and founder of a nonprofit organization. Her dedication to serving others stems from her commitment to helping individuals see themselves through God’s eyes, unlocking their potential to serve boldly and live purpose-driven lives.

Shameka’s journey with R.U.T.H. Ministries began when she attended a sisterhood brunch as a guest of one of the members. That initial encounter introduced her to a community of women who love and honor God wholeheartedly. The experience profoundly impacted her, providing her with a support system outside of her family and a shared mission of Kingdom building.

One of the most impactful aspects of R.U.T.H. Ministries for Shameka has been witnessing the unwavering love and support among the sisters. Seeing the women rally behind one another has shown her the power of a sisterhood rooted in faith, transforming her perspective on relationships outside her bloodline. This faith-filled community has strengthened her belief in the beauty and power of sisterhood in building God’s Kingdom.

In her role within R.U.T.H. Ministries, Shameka serves in the mental health capacity, using her expertise to help women navigate emotional challenges and align their identity with God’s vision for them. She is inspired by the opportunity to help women see themselves the way Christ sees them—worthy, loved, and purposed for greatness. Her goal is to empower women to come to God with boldness, embrace their divine purpose, and confidently live for Him.

After enduring a series of hardships throughout her childhood, teen years, and marriage, she faced a season of mental health struggles and suicidal thoughts. One day, during a particularly dark moment, she attempted to end her life. But God intervened, showing her a vision of her future if she would only hold on. That day marked the moment Shameka fully surrendered her life to Christ, setting her on a path of healing and purpose.

For Shameka, living a God-centered life means honoring God with every aspect of her being—her walk, her words, and her ways—not just on Sundays but every day. She strives to reflect God’s perfection in her daily life, drawing closer to Him with every step.

To women seeking to grow in their faith, Shameka offers a powerful reminder: “God knew you before you were in your mother’s womb and had a great purpose for your life. If He saw greatness in you then, see yourself in that same light now. No matter the circumstances you face, God has need of you, and you must hold on to experience the goodness He has planned for your life.”

A self-proclaimed “nerd,” Shameka has read hundreds of books and makes it a point to read a new book every week. Her favorite scripture, 1 John 3:1, serves as a constant source of motivation and gratitude:
"See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him."
